The Cranberry Festival takes place annually on the Saturday before Thanksgiving, with the next celebration scheduled for October 12th, 2024.
This grassroots event, nurtured by the local community, has flourished into a beloved annual tradition, honoring the cranberry’s significance in our rich local history that spans thousands of years.
The festival not only celebrates our region’s heritage but also aims to provide a fantastic day out for everyone. We support local businesses and vendors while entertaining attendees and fostering connections among the community and visitors right in the heart of Fort Langley.
The Cranberry Festival was started in 1995 to celebrate the annual harvest and the history of the cranberry in the area and Fort Langley’s earlier years.
Annual attendance is about 35,000 people. It continues to grow, promoting the community and supporting local businesses.
