Refund policy
Due to the nature of food products, EVOO Foods does not accept returns on opened items.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@evoofoods.ca with your order number and photos of the issue.
We will gladly review the situation and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Unopened products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, subject to approval.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by EVOO Foods.
